Glass Tiles

Goodman Zissoff also delights in the creation of fused glass tiles. These panels are shipped with an acrylic stand for display. The panels are fused with dichroic, transparent and opaque glass. The origin for each design is taken from a type of "automatism" or artistic doodling. Even though the panels are abstract in nature, the influences of mountainous scenery are conveyed. The artist seeks a gestural and immediate conveyance of sensibilities in a medium that is opposite in nature. These glass tiles can be a focal point to a larger setting ie. epoxying the tile within a tub surround. The tiles are also statements on their own. They can simply be placed on a table with the acrylic stand included or framed and hung on a wall. (Frame not incl.)
